This includes nursery schools, primary schools, secondary schools, high schools, grammar schools, schools for the handicapped, teacher training colleges, technical colleges, further education colleges, research institutes, adult education centres and State run or State subsidised facilities for the re-training of the unemployed.   Training centres or schools granting certificates for courses such as computer software training or job training that are not accredited schools that grant degrees requiring not less than the equivalent of two (2) years of full-time study.
  Administrative Offices or Boards of Education of Educational Establishments (for their own use).   Hospitals not wholly owned and operated by an Educational Establishment.
Government schools located in the Territory.   Non-accredited schools, museums, libraries, churches, religious organisations that are not accredited schools.
 
Hospitals that are wholly owned and operated by an Educational Establishment. ‘Wholly owned and operated’ means the Educational Establishment is the sole owner of the hospital and the only entity exercising control over day to day operations.   Military schools that do not grant academic degrees.
Education research laboratories that are a public establishment and recognised as such, teach students as part of their research mission and can provide a copy of their Bylaws stating their relationship with the controlling university.   Other non-qualified examples as listed by www.education-store.com from time to time on its website.
Educational Consortia and Systems: Corporations and associations validly organised and existing under the laws of the Territory, with each member or shareholder of which is an accredited school.
